Product testing and development are conducted under controlled conditions. Actual results can vary significantly depending on distance, firearm, ammunition type, target material, angle of impact, environmental conditions, and other factors.

Rubber and composite ammunition is NOT a toy. Misuse can result in serious injury or death.

Our ammunition testing has included distances ranging from approximately 25 feet to 75 feet under controlled conditions.

Impact at closer distances may substantially increase the risk of serious injury.

Extremely close-range use can produce considerably greater impact forces and may result in severe or fatal injuries.

Ammunition discharged at approximately 0–3 yards should be considered potentially lethal, as the likelihood of severe injury is greatly increased at very short distances.

Never assume that a particular distance makes any projectile safe.

Never discharge a firearm in an unsafe or improperly ventilated environment.

Whenever ammunition is being used, appropriate safety precautions should include:

Proper ventilation

A suitable and properly rated backstop

Eye and hearing protection

Appropriate protective equipment

Awareness of the target and everything beyond it

Adequate distance from people, animals, structures, and unintended targets

These precautions should be followed when using our products as well as any other type of ammunition..

Discharging a firearm within certain city limits, residential areas, or other restricted locations may be prohibited by law.

Never fire a weapon into the air. A projectile that travels upward will eventually return to the ground and can seriously injure or kill another person.

Wax Bullets are not toys. Palatable wax is dense and just as potentially dangerous as rubber bullets. Wax bullets are designed to be used once. Deterioration / deformation will occur once fired and impacted that make these rounds not safe to reload and shoot again. Do not attempt.

This load can be used as a painful warning shot, but can also be lethal under some circumstances. Those who may be reluctant to shoot at another person even in their own defense can now control their personal space with greater confidence. This load also provides a greater margin of safety to innocent persons nearby or in adjoining spaces.

Shots to the lower body, legs and arms are less likely to cause serious injury, while impacting the head, neck, spine and upper chest are more likely to be serious. Shots to parts of the body with large muscle groups, soft tissue or covered by clothing will have a lesser likelihood of penetrating.
